Programs Offered
One on One Training
Prior to starting, athletes will meet with Kevin to discuss exactly what they would like to accomplish during their training program. Goals and objectives along with a timetable will be addressed to ensure that both Kevin and the athlete are working as one. Participants will be tested at the start of the program to establish a baseline and ensure proper training and guidance. Athletes will use several different types of equipment and exercises during the program to ensure that they are reaching their full potential. Kevin will also use video analysis to ensure that progression in the program is being accomplished. The normal length of this program is 8-10 weeks.
Speed Camps And Clinics
If you would like to host a speed camp or sports performance clinic at your school or training facility Kevin and his staff will bring all of the necessary equipment to conduct a full scale speed and sports performance camp. Camps will be held at the location chosen by the head coach to ensure that all of his/her players can attend the session. Athletes will be greeted by Kevin at the start of the camp, and all participants depending on their level of training will be educated on the proper way to train for speed, strength, power, flexibility and endurance. Coaches can choose between either a 1 day clinic or up to an 8 week camp.
First Step Program
The First Step Program is specifically designed for athletes ranging in age 10-12. Emphasis will be placed on teaching very basic forms of training to participants while at the same time allowing children to exercise under the supervision of trained athletic coaches. The atmosphere is one in which young athletes will be taught the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle all while having fun.
Combine Training And Elite Training
If you are planning to extend your high school or college football career and take your game to the next level than this program is for you. This program will use all of the necessary tools to ensure that you are in peak shape to excel at the football combine. The combine is a series of speed, agility, and strength tests that are used by coaches both in college and the NFL. The Combine Training Program will lead you in the right direction and will ensure that when you approach the line of the 40 yard dash or dip under the weight bench that you have done everything physically possible to impress the scouts. These programs are offered either as a 1 on 1 session or a small group (5 athletes or less).
On-Line Training
Whether you are a weekend warrior racing your first 5 k or a seasoned veteran waiting for the gun to go off for the Hawaii Ironman, race preparation is paramount. Kevin will work with you to ensure that you cross the finish line during race day. Each athlete will be given a detailed program that breaks down day by day what he/she should do to ensure a great performance. Athletes will be given advice on running pace, heart rate training, nutrition, training gear and much more. The proper training program can mean the difference between a PR (Personal Record) and a DNF.
Video Analysis
If you are a coach or parent who would like to capture every moment from your team or your child’s game, allow us to videotape the game for you and provide either a DVD or VCR copy.
Sports Massage Therapy
To relieve the aches and pains from all of your training allow Kevin or one of his staff members to work with you to ensure that your muscles recover and are ready for the next day of training. This program is offered to collegiate athletes or professionals.
